We think talent is built, not found.
Most recruiters look for people who already have what they need. That works if you’re hiring engineers. It’s useless if you’re hiring the person who cleans the building at 5am, because nobody ever bothered to look at what they could become.
Talent Secure started from the other end. We take the work that’s available now and treat it as a first step rather than a category of person. We put a library, documentation and a real community behind it.
Our rules go beyond recruitment
We call ourselves a visionary recruiter. Our belief system is built around upscaling human talent and creating communities who share the same vision. Our rules go beyond recruitment and training — we’re also a platform to discuss bio, geo and cultural interests.
Our vision is far too big for a start-up. However, we understand the importance of supporting society as one whole world. As part of our CSR policy we support regenerative farming, local sports, and art and cultural activities.
Why this exists
We started Talent Secure because we needed it ourselves. Facilities work moves fast — a storm hits, a building floods, and suddenly you need people who already know the work and can start tomorrow. A job ad can't do that. A community of people who already know each other can.
So we built the thing we wanted to exist, and we're opening it up to the field.
What we believe
Everyone gets a rung.
Entry-level work is a starting point, not a category of person.
Restoration over replacement.
It applies to buildings, to soil, and to working lives.
Community is the point.
A person on their own is a placement. A hundred people who know each other is something that lasts.
Local first, whole world second.
We support the paddock, the club and the gallery down the road, because that's how you support a planet.

We’ve never charged a job seeker and we never will. No sign-up fee, no placement fee, no commission from anyone’s pay. Businesses pay us. That’s the whole model, and it’s deliberate — the moment a worker is our customer, our incentives point the wrong way.
