Why documentation decides the outcome
Every water damage site is unique. Accurate documentation is critical for a successful outcome.
There will be situations where industry standards cannot be met. In those cases:
- Document the limitation and the circumstances.
- Notify the client in writing of the potential consequences.
- Have a waiver and release of liability signed.
