What the psychrometric chart shows
A tool used to analyse the properties of moist air, and to visualise changes during air treatment or drying processes.
It shows relationships between dry-bulb temperature (ambient air temp), relative humidity, wet-bulb temperature, and other air properties like enthalpy, specific volume and dew point.
Wet-bulb temperature indicates the lowest temperature achievable through evaporative cooling. It’s essential for evaluating drying efficiency and environmental control.
Application
Commonly used in restoration, HVAC and environmental monitoring.
